FMIT TurnKey Recovery℠ Program eliminates Member’s upfront out-of-pocket expense associated with an insured property loss. TurnKey Recovery℠ is exclusive to Members who insure their property with the Florida Municipal Insurance Trust (FMIT) and an extension of the insurance coverages offered under the Policy.
Managed by SynergyNDS, TurnKey Recovery℠ helps to minimize the financial burden that property claims can have on FMIT Member’s net cash flow. More importantly, TurnKey Recovery℠ helps expedite the overall claim and recovery process while allowing Members the flexibility to have it done their way. FMIT Member’s insurance premium pays for the program and there are no additional direct claim costs that are passed on to the Member.
Administered through simpliCity℠, the FMIT’s online claims management platform, TurnKey Recovery℠ provides real-time reporting and experienced Project Management at no additional costs to Members. Additionally, all approved claim related recovery costs, upfront material deposits and contractor progress payments are paid direct by FMIT/SynergyNDS to applicable vendors. Vendors can be those identified by the Member’s own procurement process or by taking advantage of TurnKey Recovery℠’s qualified Managed Vendor Program (MVP℠).

MVP (Managed Vendor Program)
FMIT Members are eligible to participate in the MVP Program. It’s as easy as identifying qualified vendors in the Member’s simpliCity℠ Account Profile. Simply upload basic vendor contact information or send us an excel spreadsheet containing the vendor data. Our client support team will handle the rest. We will work directly with your vendors to process required documents quickly and efficiently – making sure they have everything they need to comply with stated insurance requirements, workers compensation certification, local & state licensing and individual workforce trade certification. All this information will be uploaded and maintained in your simpliCity℠ Account with no additional hassles on your part.
FastTrack Program
Successful recovery is made possible by the hard work and sacrifices of those contractors who answer the call. Understanding the challenges that the contracting community faces first hand, allows SynergyNDS a unique opportunity to develop managed programs to better support and expedite emergency stabilization and build-back services. As part of the TurnKey Recovery℠ Program, managed by SynergyNDS, financial assistance opportunities are made available upon contract award.
